What do I need to provide?

A completed assessment form. It contains 28 structured questions across 7 dimensions, tailored to the engine you select. You will need general working knowledge of your business: revenue, team structure, operational processes, and the domain the engine covers. We intentionally do not ask for financial statements, org charts, or access to a data room. The form is designed to capture only the structural signals the diagnostic engine needs, using information any founder or operator already has accessible. Most clients complete it in 30-60 minutes.

Each engagement runs through a single-client pipeline. Your data is never commingled with other clients, never shared with third parties, and never used to generate another client's artifacts. We may use anonymized, aggregate signals to improve diagnostic accuracy across the platform, but your individual data is never identifiable in that process. Reports are delivered via secure, access-controlled download links. You may request full data deletion at any time after delivery, and we will confirm it in writing.
