Premium Structural Diagnostics

Structural Diagnostics for Companies That Need the Real Bottleneck

CMP identifies the binding constraint suppressing your business, then turns it into a clear first move, a board-ready decision surface, and a practical roadmap.

One engine when the problem is localized. A bundle when it crosses domains. The full suite when it is systemic.

Decision-grade diagnostics for founders, operators, boards, and capital allocators.

How CMP Works

One question, answered with discipline.

What is actually binding performance right now, and what should happen first?

01

Diagnose the constraint

We run a structured diagnostic across the selected engine or engine set to identify the binding issue, surface the underlying pattern, and separate signal from noise.

02

Translate it into a decision

You receive a premium report pack, companion artifacts, and a clear executive read on what the issue is costing, what the first move is, and what should not happen yet.

03

Choose the right depth

Start with one engine when the problem is localized. Upgrade into a Core Bundle when the issue crosses domains. Use the Flagship Suite when leadership needs a full-system structural read.

04

Track movement over time

After a baseline diagnostic, annual Intelligence Tracks add one full annual refresh plus a delta check-in every 90 days (three per year between refreshes), movement tracking, and updated decision surfaces, without turning the engagement into open-ended consulting.

Choose Your Diagnostic Depth

You already know something is off. CMP tells you exactly what it is.

Most clients arrive knowing where the pain is but not what is structurally causing it. That gap between symptom and root cause is what CMP is built to close.

Pricing

Three ways to engage.

Each tier is designed for a different scope of structural problem. Start where the bottleneck is. Upgrade if the diagnostic reveals something bigger.

Founding Cohort, First 5 Clients

Every one-time diagnostic and bundle is the standard rate minus $1,000. The complimentary 60-minute founder review with Christopher is included in every diagnostic. The founding rate is applied automatically at checkout while founding seats remain.

Continuing Thinking Partner

KEYSTONE: Your Diagnostic’s Continuing Thinking Partner

Every diagnostic includes 90 days of KEYSTONE access after delivery. KEYSTONE answers your questions about the bound volume’s findings, interventions, and framework, drawn directly from your specific diagnostic, not generic AI.

Layer 1 / In-Volume

Direct Answers

Ask why a specific first move was set the way it was, and KEYSTONE cites the exact section and page in your bound volume.

Layer 2 / Extension

Hypotheticals and Caveats

Ask what happens if you delay an intervention by 30 days, and KEYSTONE extends your volume’s framework with explicit caveat marking.

Layer 3 / Out-of-Scope

Direct Handoff

Strategic decisions outside the diagnostic’s scope route to Christopher Millson directly through a structured handoff.

Annual Intelligence Tracks

For clients who need structural visibility over time.

After any baseline diagnostic, clients can move into an annual Intelligence Track: one full annual refresh plus a delta check-in every 90 days (three per year between refreshes) that shows what changed, what improved, what still has not moved, and what the next move is now. This is not a discount pack of repeated reports.

What’s Included

What every CMP engagement is built to deliver.

Every engagement is designed to produce a clear structural read, a practical decision surface, and a cleaner next move.

Structured intake

Every engagement starts with a structured diagnostic intake designed to capture the signals needed to identify the binding constraint, not just collect opinions.

Premium artifact pack

You receive a full report plus companion artifacts designed for executive use, decision clarity, and practical follow-through.

Clear first-move logic

CMP is built to answer what happens first, what should not happen yet, and where the next 90 days of effort should actually go.

Executive review session

Every baseline engagement includes a review session to walk through the findings, pressure-test the logic, and clarify the decision path.

Bounded follow-up window

Each engagement includes a defined clarification window after delivery so questions can be resolved without turning the product into open-ended consulting.

Clean upgrade path

If the diagnostic reveals a broader system issue, you can upgrade into a Bundle, Flagship Suite, or annual Intelligence Track without restarting from scratch.

What’s Not Included

Deliberately out of scope.

CMP is strong because it is tightly scoped. It is a premium diagnostic product, not a vague retainer, implementation agency, or all-purpose advisory relationship.

Done-for-you implementation

CMP identifies the structural issue and sequences the response. It does not act as your implementation team.

Unlimited advisory access

Engagements include defined review and clarification windows, not ongoing on-call access or informal retained support.

Net-new engines by default

Annual tracks and scoped engagements do not automatically add new engines. New engines are added through a formal upgrade.

Open-ended custom analysis

CMP is not a blank-check research engagement. Work is delivered inside the selected engine, bundle, or suite scope.

Regulated professional advice

CMP does not replace legal, tax, accounting, investment, or other regulated professional services.

Consulting disguised as a product

The output is the product. The value comes from diagnostic clarity, not from stretching scope into indefinite consulting hours.

FAQ

Questions buyers usually ask before they start.

What is the difference between a Diagnostic and an Intelligence Track?

A Diagnostic is a one-time baseline engagement. An Intelligence Track is an annual continuity product built on top of that baseline: one full refresh a year, plus a delta check-in every 90 days (three per year between refreshes). The goal of the Track is not to repeat the same report four times. The goal is to show what changed, what improved, what deteriorated, what still has not moved, and what the next move is now.

Do I need to start with one engine?

Not always. Start with one engine when the bottleneck is clearly localized. Start with a Core Bundle when the issue already looks cross-functional. Choose the Flagship Suite when leadership needs a full-system read.

When should I choose the Core Bundle instead of a single engine?

Choose a Bundle when the real issue appears to span multiple systems, for example operations and capital, or strategy and distribution. The Bundle is designed to surface the shared system issue, not just produce multiple isolated domain reports.

What is the difference between the Core Bundle and the Flagship Suite?

The Core Bundle is a focused cross-engine diagnosis across two or three engines around one shared problem. The Flagship Suite is the full-system structural scan. It is broader, more integrated, and designed to produce one governing thesis, one dependency-aware action stack, and one executive roadmap.

Do annual tracks include implementation support?

No. Annual tracks provide structural intelligence on a 90-day delta cadence with one full annual refresh, review sessions, and updated decision surfaces. They do not include operator-for-hire support, done-for-you implementation, or open-ended consulting access.

Can I add more engines later?

Yes. If your initial engagement reveals a broader system issue, you can upgrade into a Bundle, the Flagship Suite, or the appropriate annual Intelligence Track. New engines are added through a formal upgrade, not assumed by default.

What does the upgrade credit actually do?

If you upgrade within 14 days of your review session, 100 percent of your current engagement fee can be applied to the next rung in the CMP ladder. That lets you start focused without losing momentum if the diagnostic reveals a larger system problem.

How fast can we start?

Baseline diagnostics can begin as soon as intake is complete. If you already know you want continuity, the initial engagement can be structured as Q1 of an annual Intelligence Track.

Is CMP consulting?

No. CMP is a productized structural diagnostic system. Every engagement is designed to produce a clear structural read, a defined first move, and a bounded decision surface, rather than a vague advisory relationship.

Who is CMP built for?

CMP is built for founders, operators, executive teams, boards, diligence buyers, and capital allocators who need a serious read on what is actually binding performance, not more generic strategy language.

Still deciding where to start?

Start with one engine if the bottleneck feels localized. Choose a Core Bundle if the issue clearly crosses functions. Choose the Flagship Suite if leadership needs a full-system read.
