Is this worth it?
A structural diagnostic costs $2,500 and you buy it before you see it. That is a real objection and it deserves a real answer, not a sales page. Below are the five questions serious buyers actually ask, answered plainly, including the ones where the honest answer is a limit rather than a benefit.
-
What am I actually paying for?
An instrument run against your business, and the artifact it produces.
You complete a 28-question structured intake for the engine you buy. Half the questions are objective, about what is measurably true of your operation. Half are perception, about what you and your team believe is true. The gap between those two halves is itself diagnostic.
The engine then reads seven structural dimensions of its domain and returns a scored position on each, the single constraint the structure is currently binding on, the evidence that supports naming that constraint, and a sequenced first move. It arrives as a bound volume, typically twenty to thirty pages, within 72 hours of your completed intake.
Six engines exist and each reads a different domain, so 42 dimensions are defined across the platform. You buy one engine at a time. How the diagnostic is scored shows exactly how an answer becomes a score and a score becomes a constraint.
-
Why $2,500?
Because that is what it costs to have the question answered structurally rather than argued about.
The honest comparison is not to a cheaper report. It is to the two things most operators do instead:
Option oneDecide anywayFree. You commit budget and a quarter of attention to whichever constraint feels most urgent, and find out afterward whether it was the binding one.Option twoEngage a consultantMaterially more, and the deliverable is an informed opinion shaped by discovery interviews and by who in your company had the most access to the consultant.Option three$2,500A fixed-scope structural read with the scoring method published, delivered in 72 hours, on the same instrument every buyer receives. The first five paying clients pay $1,500, permanently, at that rate for future engines too. That is a founding rate rather than a discount, and it exists because early buyers are buying into a young instrument.
Worth saying directly: $2,500 is not a small amount for a business under real pressure. If cash is the binding constraint, the diagnostic will very likely tell you that, and you will have paid to be told something you already suspected. Read the fit section below before you buy.
-
Why not just hire a consultant?
Sometimes you should. The difference is not quality, it is what kind of thing you receive.
A consultant produces a judgment. It is shaped by their experience, by what they saw during discovery, and by which people in your business they spent time with. A good consultant's judgment is worth a great deal. It is also unrepeatable, and you cannot inspect how it was formed.
A diagnostic produces a measurement. Every buyer answers the same 28 anchors. The same scoring rules apply to every answer. The method is published on this site before you pay, so you can audit the instrument rather than trust the operator. Run it again in ninety days and the delta is meaningful, because the instrument did not change underneath you.
The practical split: use a diagnostic when you do not yet know which problem is the real one. Use a consultant when you already know the problem and need someone to help you execute against it. A diagnosis is not an implementation plan and this platform does not pretend otherwise.
The limit runs the other way too. A consultant can notice the thing your intake did not ask about. This instrument only sees what its anchors reach, and it will never sit in a room and read the politics.
-
You have no named clients. Why should I believe any of this?
You should not believe it on the strength of clients, because there are none to show you. Crown Mosaic is early, and no engagement outcomes are published anywhere on this site. Where a competitor would place a logo wall, there is nothing, and that is deliberate rather than an oversight.
What can be offered instead is the instrument itself, which is the thing you are actually buying:
- The method is published before you pay The scoring, the scale, the band thresholds and the stated limits are all on this site. Nothing about how a score is produced is held back until after purchase.
- The instrument is inspectable without buying it The interactive demo runs the diagnostic on a synthetic sample end to end. You can see how the anchors become scores, what the constraint call looks like, and what the artifact reads like, before spending anything.
- The founder runs his own company on it Christopher Millson operates a four-brand company on the three-agent operating system he built, and Crown Mosaic Platform is part of it. That is not a case study and it is not a result claim. It is the plainest available answer to whether the person selling the instrument uses it.
- The guarantee carries the risk, not your goodwill See the next question. A refund commitment written down is worth more than a testimonial you cannot verify.
None of that is proof the diagnostic will be useful to you specifically. It is proof that the method is real, published, and inspectable. Anyone claiming more than that at this stage would be inventing it.
-
What if it tells me nothing I did not already know?
Then you are covered, in writing.
For the single-engine OPERATE diagnostic, if the delivered report does not surface at least one structural constraint supported by evidence from the information you provided, you can request a refund within 30 days of delivery and the full diagnostic fee is returned. You can also cancel for a full refund at any point before you submit your intake, because nothing has been produced yet. Both commitments are in the engagement terms.
Two honest caveats on that guarantee. It covers the deliverable, not the outcome: it promises the diagnostic does its job, never that acting on it produces a particular result. And a diagnostic that confirms what you suspected is not a failure of the instrument. Confirmation with evidence attached is often the thing that finally makes a decision movable, and it is different from a hunch.
Who this is for, and who it is not
Qualifying yourself out costs nothing. Buying the wrong thing costs $2,500.
Buy it if
- You have several plausible explanations for why growth stalled and no way to adjudicate between them.
- Your team disagrees about the bottleneck, and the disagreement is expensive.
- You are about to commit real budget to fixing something and want the target checked first.
- You want a fixed-scope read you can act on yourself, not an engagement that expands.
- You would rather audit a published method than trust a persuasive stranger.
Do not buy it if
- You already know the constraint and need execution help. Hire for execution instead.
- You want someone to implement the fix. This is a diagnosis and delivery ends at the artifact.
- You need a specific outcome guaranteed. No outcome is promised anywhere on this site.
- $2,500 is itself a difficult amount right now. That is a signal worth taking seriously.
- You want a live dashboard. This is a point-in-time structural read, not monitoring.
What a diagnosis is not
It is not advice. It tells you what is true of the structure, not what you should decide.
It is not consulting. Nobody joins your team, sits in your meetings, or manages the change.
It is not a prediction. Scores describe the structure as your intake represents it today.
It is not monitoring. It is a point-in-time read. If you want the change tracked over time, that is what Continuum is for, and KEYSTONE opens 90 days after a single-engine delivery.
Any example or range shown anywhere on this site is illustrative and is not a commitment or a prediction.
Inspect it before you decide
The demo runs the full diagnostic on a synthetic sample. It is the cheapest way to find out whether this instrument answers the question you actually have.
How the diagnostic is scored opens the scoring method, the scale and the band thresholds.
How Crown Mosaic finds your binding constraint walks the process from intake to artifact.
Pricing lists every tier and what each includes.
Engagement terms carries the satisfaction guarantee, the refund conditions, the AI disclosure and the honest-proof statement in full.
The OPERATE diagnostic is where most buyers start.
