These terms govern use of the Crown Mosaic Diagnostic Platform and any related diagnostic engagement. The platform exists to produce structured diagnostic outputs, not to create an advisory, fiduciary, or regulated professional relationship.

Service boundary
Crown Mosaic provides diagnostic evaluation and structured outputs. Reports, scoring, constraint maps, and intervention sequences are analytical artifacts. They are not legal, tax, accounting, investment, or other regulated professional advice.

1. Nature of Services

Crown Mosaic Holdings LLC provides structural diagnostic evaluations and operational assessments for businesses through the Crown Mosaic Diagnostic Platform. The platform operates six diagnostic engines (OPERATE, ATLAS, SLATE, AURORA, STRATA, and NEXUS), each applying a structured methodology to a specific business domain. The services offered are diagnostic and evaluative in nature. Nothing delivered constitutes legal, financial, accounting, or investment guidance.

2. Engagement Scope

Each engagement is governed by the Engagement Terms you accept at checkout, or by a separately signed order form. Any work performed beyond the agreed scope requires written amendment. Crown Mosaic Holdings LLC retains the right to decline any engagement at its discretion.

3. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the engagement for a period of three (3) years. Diagnostic outputs belong to the client and will not be disclosed without written permission.

4. Intellectual Property

The Crown Mosaic diagnostic framework, scoring methodology, constraint maps, intervention libraries, and all associated tools and frameworks remain the intellectual property of Crown Mosaic Holdings LLC. Client-specific reports are licensed for internal use only and cannot be resold or redistributed.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Crown Mosaic Holdings LLC's liability for any claim arising out of or related to services rendered shall not exceed the total fees paid for the relevant engagement. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.

6. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Findings and recommendations depend on client-provided information current at the time of assessment. Crown Mosaic Holdings LLC does not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue results, or operational improvements from implementing recommendations.

7. Payment Terms

Fees are due per the Engagement Terms accepted at checkout or the applicable order form. Work does not commence until the engagement is accepted and payment is received. Overdue balances may result in service suspension.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved through the courts of Los Angeles County, California, following good-faith negotiation.

9. Modifications

Crown Mosaic Holdings LLC reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued service use following notification constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
