About KEYSTONE

What is KEYSTONE?

KEYSTONE is a thinking partner bound to one specific Crown Mosaic Platform diagnostic: your OPERATE, ATLAS, AURORA, NEXUS, STRATA, or SLATE bound volume. It answers questions about that volume’s findings, interventions, and framework directly from your report, not from generic AI. Every Crown Mosaic Platform diagnostic includes KEYSTONE access for a flat 90-day window.

How is KEYSTONE different from a generic AI assistant?

It works in three layers. Layer 1, in-volume: answers come from your specific bound volume, with citations to the section, page, and field. Layer 2, extension: for hypotheticals (“what if I delay this 30 days”), KEYSTONE applies your volume’s framework and marks the answer as an extension, not a direct citation. Layer 3, out-of-scope: live strategic decisions route to Christopher Millson through a structured handoff. That scope discipline is what makes the in-scope answers trustworthy.

How long do I have access?

A flat 90-day window applies to every tier. Single-engine and bundle diagnostics get a single 90-day window from delivery. Subscriptions refresh the 90-day window on each 90-day delta check-in (three per year between annual refreshes), so access stays continuous across the subscription year.

What happens at the end of my window?

For single-engine and bundle tiers, access closes at the end of the 90-day window and your conversation record is archived for a limited period. You can restore access by moving to a subscription, or by contacting Christopher Millson for a case-by-case extension. For subscriptions, each 90-day delta check-in refreshes the window, so access continues uninterrupted.

Can KEYSTONE answer questions outside my diagnostic?

No, by design. KEYSTONE’s scope is your specific bound volume. Questions outside it (market timing, M&A, hiring specifics, competitor intelligence, cross-client comparisons) route to Christopher Millson directly. Holding that line is what keeps the in-scope answers structurally reliable.

How do I reach Christopher Millson directly?

When KEYSTONE routes a question to Christopher (a Layer 3 handoff), it structures and forwards the question automatically, and he responds by email or scheduled call. You can also reach him any time at christopher@christophermillson.com.

Is KEYSTONE the same as Christopher Millson’s advisory work?

No. KEYSTONE is a product; Christopher is a person. KEYSTONE answers from your specific bound volume. Christopher offers strategic advisory, debrief calls, and out-of-scope decision support. The Layer 3 handoff is the bridge between the two.

Data and Privacy

Does KEYSTONE store my conversations?

Yes, within your access window, so you can review your history. Each question and answer is stored in our database, encrypted at rest, and bound to your specific session. Your conversations are never accessible to other clients or other KEYSTONE sessions. Full detail is on the KEYSTONE Privacy page.

Who can see my conversations?

Two parties only: you, through your KEYSTONE session, and Christopher Millson, through an operator audit used for customer service, debugging, and quality review. No other party has access. Anthropic processes your questions transiently through its API and does not retain the content for training.

Can I delete my conversations?

Yes. Email christopher@christophermillson.com with the subject “KEYSTONE memory deletion request” and your engagement reference, and your data is permanently deleted within 7 business days, confirmed by email. Data is also removed automatically at the end of its retention period.

Is my data used to train AI models?

No. KEYSTONE conversations are never used to train Anthropic’s models or any other AI model. Your content stays in Crown Mosaic’s database; the Anthropic API processes it transiently to generate answers.

Can I share my KEYSTONE access with my team?

Each KEYSTONE session is bound to one engagement. Multiple people on your team can use the same session. For separate parallel sessions per team member, contact Christopher Millson about multi-seat access.

Scope and Behavior

Why won’t KEYSTONE answer my strategic question?

Strategic decisions sit outside the scope of a frozen-in-time bound volume: they require current information and human judgment, and they often draw on facts not in your diagnostic. Routing them to Christopher Millson is the intended path, and it protects the authority of what KEYSTONE can answer.

Why does KEYSTONE sometimes correct me?

When a question references your volume’s content inaccurately, KEYSTONE corrects it with a citation. It is not scolding; it is structural accuracy. For example: “Your binding constraint is the Founder Bottleneck per Section 1 page 4, not scaling pressure; scaling pressure is a downstream pattern in the volume’s catalog.”

Why does KEYSTONE sometimes disagree with me?

If you propose a reading that contradicts the volume’s diagnostic reasoning, KEYSTONE cites where that reasoning lives and routes the disagreement to Christopher Millson for adjacency analysis. Diagnostic disagreement is real signal, and it is handled, not dismissed.

Does KEYSTONE remember past conversations?

KEYSTONE keeps a record of your conversation within your access window so you can review it, and it answers each question directly against your bound volume. Persistent cross-session memory, where earlier conversations actively inform later ones, is planned for a future phase.

What if KEYSTONE makes a mistake?

Answer quality and citation accuracy are continuously monitored: a voice-quality check blocks weak answers before they are sent, and citations are validated against the bound volume so invented references are blocked. If a response still seems wrong, send it with your question to christopher@christophermillson.com and Christopher reviews it directly.
