Crown Mosaic Holdings LLC
Engagement Terms
Last updated: June 2026
These Engagement Terms govern your purchase of a Crown Mosaic Platform business diagnostic. They apply to the engine and tier you purchase, at the price shown at checkout.
1. What this engagement is, and what it is not
We produce a Crown Mosaic Platform business diagnostic: a point-in-time structural assessment of your business produced by our diagnostic operating system. It reads your business across the named dimensions of the engine you purchased, names the structural constraint most likely to be limiting the business, and delivers that read in a governance-ready written package (the bound volume) with companion artifacts. This engagement is a diagnostic. It is expressly not a guarantee of business outcomes, not regulated professional advice (it is not legal, tax, accounting, investment, or financial-planning advice, and creates no advisory or fiduciary relationship), not software you license and run yourself, and not a continuing obligation after delivery unless separately agreed in writing.
2. Scope of work
We assess your business across the dimensions of the engine you purchased and produce the diagnostic package described in Section 3. Included: a point-in-time diagnostic based on the information you provide at intake, the governance-ready bound volume plus companion artifacts, and one delivery debrief conversation. Excluded: any guarantee of business results; implementation, execution, or hands-on operational work; ongoing monitoring or re-audit after delivery unless separately agreed in writing; legal, tax, accounting, investment, or regulatory advice; and engines or tiers you did not purchase.
3. Deliverables and how the diagnostic is produced
You receive the diagnostic delivered as a governance-ready bound volume (the primary deliverable), containing the diagnostic score and classification, the primary structural constraint, supporting evidence, pattern attribution, and a written executive diagnostic; companion artifacts that accompany the bound volume; and one delivery debrief conversation. The diagnostic reflects the business as described at intake and as it stands at the point in time of the assessment, and is not updated for changes after delivery.
How it is produced. Your diagnostic is produced by our diagnostic operating system, which uses artificial intelligence, including a large language model, to analyze your inputs and generate the written narrative, under our review and structural controls. The score, the constraint, and the structure are produced by our system and reviewed by us before delivery. Data handling and the third-party services involved are described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Fee and payment
The fee for your engagement is the amount shown on the checkout link you used, payable in full before the diagnostic is produced. Payment clears through that link before intake review and production begin. The diagnostic delivery clock starts when your intake is complete, not when payment clears. The fee is inclusive; there are no separate pass-through charges unless agreed in writing in advance. We request payment only after we have confirmed the engagement fits your situation.
5. Your inputs, and our reliance on them
For the diagnostic to be accurate, you agree to provide complete and accurate information at intake, and to tell us promptly if any material part of it changes before delivery. The diagnostic is built from the information you provide, which is client-reported, and we do not independently verify your inputs, figures, or accounts. If the description is incomplete or inaccurate, the read will be too, and we are not responsible for conclusions that depend on information you did not provide or provided incorrectly.
6. Honest proof and no outcome guarantee
We are direct about what this engagement does and does not promise. We produce a structural diagnostic and a clear read of where your business is most constrained. We do not promise a specific business outcome, a change in revenue, a change in costs, an operational improvement, or any other result. Any examples, ranges, or illustrations we share are illustrative and are not commitments or predictions. This Section 6 is separate from, and is not modified by, the Diagnostic Satisfaction Guarantee in Section 7.
7. Diagnostic Satisfaction Guarantee
For the single-engine OPERATE diagnostic, if the delivered report does not surface at least one structural constraint supported by evidence from the information you provided, we will, on your request made within thirty (30) days of delivery, refund the full diagnostic fee. This satisfaction guarantee applies to the diagnostic deliverable only. It is separate from and does not modify Section 6: we do not guarantee business results, revenue, or operational improvements.
8. Cancellation and refund outside the guarantee
You may cancel and receive a full refund any time before you submit your intake and before production begins. Once you have submitted your intake and production has begun, the fee is non-refundable, except as provided by the Diagnostic Satisfaction Guarantee in Section 7.
9. Confidentiality
The contents of your intake, the specifics of your business, and the diagnostic we produce for you are confidential, and we will not disclose them except as needed to produce and deliver the diagnostic or as required by law. Our methods, framework, pricing, and non-public materials are confidential to us. These obligations continue after the engagement ends.
10. Intellectual property
You own your business information; nothing here transfers ownership of it to us. The bound volume and companion artifacts we deliver to you are yours to use within your own business, under a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, copy, and share the delivered diagnostic internally for your own business purposes. The Crown Mosaic Platform, the underlying diagnostic operating system, the engines, the scoring, the pattern library, the templates, and the methods and know-how we use to produce diagnostics are and remain our property. This engagement gives you the benefit of that platform in the form of your diagnostic; it does not transfer the platform or our methods to you and does not give you the right to resell or redistribute them.
11. Limitations and disclaimers
The diagnostic is a structural assessment based on information you provide, at a point in time, for your internal decision-making. It is not legal, tax, accounting, investment, or financial-planning advice, and it is not a guarantee of any business outcome. You should consult appropriately licensed professionals for legal, tax, regulatory, or financial matters. You remain solely responsible for all decisions about your business.
12. Liability
Our total liability under this engagement is limited to the fee you paid for it. Neither of us is liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. General
These Engagement Terms, together with the order shown at checkout, are the whole agreement between us on this engagement and replace any prior discussions. Changes must be in writing. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and the parties submit to the courts located in Los Angeles County, California. If any part is unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Neither of us may assign this agreement without the other's written consent, except that we may assign it to a successor of our business with notice to you. These Engagement Terms operate alongside our Terms of Service; where they differ on a specific engagement, these Engagement Terms control.
